The VTA provides workforce relations advice to Institutes as well as advice on specific human resource and industrial relations issues. Related services include advice on contracts of employment, professional development, strategic advice on industrial relations matters, and assistance in negotiating with unions and representing member organisations with unfair dismissal claims and industrial disputes...
