Dr. M.B. Dinesh is a full time consultant at Uma Eye Clinic. He has finished his MBBS from Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore in 2012 and he went on to pursue his MS Ophthalmology from SDM Medical College, Dharwad where he graduated with the Gold medal from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences and also emerged as the best Outgoing Post Graduate in the year 2016. He has also went on to pursue DNB Ophthalmology which he graduated in the year 2017 from the National Board pf Examinations, Delhi. He has finished his fellowship in Phacoemulsification and Refractive Surgeries at the prestigious Uma Eye Clinic. He further pursued his career as a consultant at Uma Eye Clinic under the guidance of Dr. N.V. Arulmozhi Varman.
Apart from phacoemulsification, he demonstrates keen interest in Retinal disorders and recent advances in Ophthalmology.

Dr. N.V Arulmozhi Varman is a leading Ophthalmologist/ Eye Surgeon in Anna Nagar, Chennai with an experience of 38 years in his field. Dr. Arulmozhi Varman completed his MBBS from the Madras Medical College in the year 1980. Later, he acquired his Post Graduate Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine and Surgery from the Madras Medical College in the year 1987. Dr. Venkateshwar Ravisankar is a visiting Vitreo-Retinal Surgeon at multiple leading eye hospitals in Chennai and Pondicherry. He had completed his under-graduation from Pondicherry University with being awarded the Best all Rounder Gold medal in his college. Subsequently he did his post-graduation also from Pondicherry University and for his outstanding academic success, was awarded the prestigious University Gold medal for the same.
He underwent Vitreo-Retinal surgical training at Rajan Eye Care Hospital, Chennai. Following his initial training, he has updated his surgical skills by getting trained with the latest suture-less 27 gauge Vitrectomy system.
Apart from his surgical training, he has shown keen interest in updating his knowledge with his diagnostic skills using the latest retina scanning modality - Optical Coherence Tomography with Angiogram.
