Toastmasters International is a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills through a worldwide network of clubs... The first Toastmasters club in Taiwan was Taipei Toastmasters Club established in 1958. The governing body of Toastmasters International in Taiwan is the District 67 Council including the District Director. We have 182 clubs islandwide.
