Brenna has spent the last 9-plus years in Accounting & Finance working in the retail and/or customer service/call-center industry. She is proud of earning her MBA from La Salle University in 2011 and obtaining her CPA. As the Financial Controller, Brenna oversees an amazing team of hardworking accounting and finance professionals. She loves to be able to lend her expertise across all departments, feels passionate about the overall mission and growth of the company, dedicated to making sure our operations are budgeted for success, and transparent about keeping our teams informed so that we can make all our goals a reality! The Non-Biz Side of Brenna What do you like to do away from work? After work, you will typically find me at a group workout class at the local gym or learning yoga. I love spending my weekends cooking new dishes, hiking, visiting museums, or going on long bike rides with my husband. I love to travel to new places whenever I can (I am visiting Argentina soon!), but my favorite spot will always be my second home: Reeds Beach, New Jersey. There, I find some of the most beautiful sunsets on the bay and a dark sky at night that is perfect for stargazing. What is a little-known fact about you that few people know? I have an artistic side! I enjoy crafting. I have created a lot of fun stuff over the years, but my biggest crafting accomplishment was designing all my own wedding décor! Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit? I volunteer at a local animal shelter here in Alexandria. I also love supporting a great nonprofit "A Wider Circle" https://awidercircle.org/ - which focuses on ending poverty by providing basic needs and comprehensive support to families transitioning out of shelters or escaping domestic violence. Please check them out - they do amazing and impactful work! What is your favorite movie or TV series? I love "The Office" and watched this series more times than I care to admit. What is your favorite quote? Jeff Kramp has come a long way since owning his first Commodore 64 computer. His intrinsic love and skill for technology has led him from a support role to developer and now he reigns the title, Vice President of Technology, which he wears very well.
Jeff is gifted with a bird's-eye view as he is always looking at the bigger picture. He produces creative, streamlined solutions for in-house applications and continues coding in his downtime. He speaks JavaScript, PHP, Node, Drupal, XMPP and many other languages most of us cannot understand. The good thing is he doesn't expect you to know or understand. He just makes things work. He enthusiastically embraces the new and aims to fill in any missing gaps.
With the amount of major and successful implementations he's led, it's a mystery whether he ever sleeps.
When he's not being a tech junky you will find him traveling (more than likely to Las Vegas), cooking (vegetarian style) or camping with his family.
Jennifer Vinciguerra embodies the word humanity and reveals her own each and every day. Her motivation and developmental skills help others to experience their own ‘aha' moment, which is what continues to drive her passion for employee development and HR. She's not just incredibly positive and patient, but she's really smart too. She holds a bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Psychology and recently graduated with her master's in Organization Development from American University. Additionally, she has over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, Strategic Planning and Project Management. Jennifer is great at multi-tasking and no matter what she's doing, she's probably listening to a podcast. Oh, and if you see her eating a Chipotle burrito, don't ask for a bite. She is obsessed with them and probably won't share. The Non-Biz Side of Jen What do you like to do away from work? I'm almost always in motion doing anything from taking a walk, pacing around my office while I'm on the phone or doing OrangeTheory. I also do yoga because it's the best way I've found to be active while also being restful. I combine my love of yoga and travel by attending yoga retreats all over the world. I also do improv. It's magical in that it only exists for a moment in time. I love discovering new restaurants with my husband and hanging out with my two cats. What is a little-known fact about you that few people know? I used to collect toy Pikachu characters but had no idea what Pokemon was about. I just thought they were adorable. Do you have a favorite cause or nonprofit? I do volunteer work that supports women and families who have been victims of domestic violence. What is your favorite movie or TV series? A side effect of constantly being in motion means that unfortunately, I don't get to watch a lot of TV. There are so many amazing TV shows and I've never seen any of them (unless Jeopardy counts). I do, however, love listening to podcasts, they're portable, you can take them with you while you're out walking or on your commute. There are so many great ones but my favorite work-related podcast is Worklife with Adam Grant. What is your favorite quote? Born and raised in Germany and Switzerland, Othmar joined VIPdesk 12 years ago believing that the At-Home customer care approach will disrupt the traditional call center business model. Othmar has been responsible for the Business Development of VIPdesk's client portfolio and played a pivotal role for the growth of the company. Prior to joining VIPdesk, he served in senior business development roles at Bertelsmann and America Online both in Europe and the US, architecting and negotiating some of the landmark deals during the Internet boom. As a graduate of the University of St.Gallen with a PhD in Marketing and Media Science, Othmar has shown the ability to identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.
