Vita Sana Olive Oil Company is Charles and Merry Jane Walsh's latest family owned business which opened in September 2012, in direct response to customers and our love and passion for healthy and tasty foods... Our Olives are grown and pressed by small artisans and farmers from around the world, our Balsamic Vinegars are harvested in Modena, Italy, imported to our store and bottled on the premises on a taste first, bottle to order, basis. Our Olive Oils are 100% Extra Virgin, unfiltered and settled. Our Balsamic Vinegars are produced in the traditional Modena style, and are aged in wooden barrels for up to 18 years. Our products do not contain any preservatives, chemicals or additives. Everyone from novice cook, to seasoned chef can enjoy a healthy flavorful lifestyle.
