James Williamson moved to the Flathead Valley in 2012 after completing a business finance degree at Black Hills State University in South Dakota. James developed insurance products and systems for a global insurance broker before entering commercial development and real estate in 2015. Actively involved in and owning several small businesses in the Flathead Valley, has provided James the knowledge and understanding to assist businesses in location and growth efforts.

Jill Rea grew up in the Columbia Gorge in the small town of Lyle, Washington. She met her Canadian husband at college and moved to Calgary where they raised four children, two boys and two girls. Jill worked designing window treatments and doing lots of volunteer work at her children's schools and in the community. Jill wanted her kids to have the American High School experience so they moved to Provo, Ut when her last two children were in High School. She got her Real Estate license in 2006 when her husband wanted to buy some rental properties.
She worked for 3 years in Utah and when the market crashed they moved back to Calgary, Alberta. Jill has been a top producing agent in Calgary working at ReMax House of Real Estate. After buying a home in Kalispell she discovered that Montana has reciprocity with one jurisdiction, Alberta. She decided to get her Montana license as well. Jill has the experience and knowledge to inform buyers and sellers about the real estate process on both sides of the border. She is fluent in American and Canadian. Jill is dedicated to helping people make the right move.
Laurie has lived in the Flathead Valley her entire life. She and her husband Lane have raised their three children here, along with two more teenage boys that arrived at their doorstep. Laurie and her family are avid outdoorsmen and enjoy everything that the beautiful state of Montana has to offer. Her husband, Lane, was raised here in the Flathead Valley and is a well-respected professional in the commercial and residential community.
Laurie has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years. Her experiences include: Construction Cleaning, Staging, and Site Supervisor for a local Construction company. Her experience also includes sales for Pella Windows and Doors. After remodeling her last three homes, Laurie can easily recognize a "diamond in the rough" and is eager to make your new home a reality.

Shelby has served the Flathead Valley as a sales executive and business owner for over 30 years. In her former career at Culligan Shelby was a national Top Producer for 15 consecutive years, and was the first female & youngest Culligan International Hall of Fame Recipient in 2004. She is a past president of The Flathead Building Association as well as a recipient of the FBA Associate of the Year Award.
Throughout her time as a real estate agent/broker, she has developed strong relationships with other Realtors and professionals, allowing her to network and negotiate on the client's behalf. Shelby and Mike were with me every step of the way as we sold our 110 year old, historic, family home.
