Our History - In 1988 PG Ashton Surveyors decided to close their Romford office and, James Perkins, who worked for them at the time, took over the premises and started Ashton & Perkins at 30 Victoria Road, Romford. 1993 saw James joined by his brother, Roy Perkins, who opened Ashton & Perkins (Hornchurch) in Station Lane, Hornchurch. Roy later relocated to the Romford premises when a Lettings & Management Department was created. James moved his operation to his new office in Rush Green in 2004 and has now retired...
