In Jul of 1995, The owner of the company Mr. Zhou Mingxing established the company with Hongkong Ninenew Group as Joint Venture company for Cable ties and Punching products production. the Company located in Wenzhou, and we just rent an old building as factory (around 2,000m2), and started the production with one small plastic injection machines, and two puching machines.
