Charitable Gift Advisor Andrea Stevens joined New Covenant Trust Company in September 2023 with nearly 15 years of experience in fundraising and the nonprofit sector. About half of those years were spent at faith-based organizations, most recently at Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary. She received a B.A. cum laude from Ball State University and a J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. Since 2018, She has held a Certificate in Fund Raising Management (CFRM) from the Fund Raising School at the Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, and in 2023 earned designation as a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE). A true believer in the power of philanthropy, she is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners.

Angela S. Duffy - CEO, President

Angela Duffy, President & CEO, is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky. She received her BA summa cum laude from Blackburn College and her JD from the University of Louisville. She began working for the Presbyterian Foundation in 2006, serving as its General Counsel before moving to her position as Chief Compliance Officer with NCTC. She took on the role of President & CEO on January 1, 2024. She is a Ruling Elder in the PCUSA, and is presently serving on Session at her church, New Goshen Presbyterian Church.

Anita Clemons

Brad Masters, Vice President, Business Development and Financial Advisor, is a graduate of Bellarmine University and has over 15 years of experience in the banking, trust, and financial services sector. Prior to joining the Presbyterian Foundation - New Covenant Trust Company in 2012, he worked with fee-only registered investment advisors as well as high net worth individuals and institutional clients as part of TIAA-CREF, Loring Ward, and the J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He is a graduate of the Cannon Trust School and has earned the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation.

Bryan Dickerson Jr.

Bryan Dickerson Jr., Financial & Investment Planning Associate, recently earned his Bachelor's Degree in business from Lindsey Wilson College. He is currently pursuing his MBA from Northern Kentucky University, with an expected graduation date of fall 2024. He originally joined NCTC as an intern in June 2022, and now supports the Investments and Client Relationship Teams in all phases of investment management, research, analysis, and trade processing, client financial planning, meeting preparation and follow up.

Doug McArthur

Doug is a retired technology executive and former Global Vice President of Oracle. In addition to serving on the NCTC Board of Directors, he serves as Chair of the Jarvie Commonweal Service Committee and serves on the Board of Directors for SmartForce. He has been actively involved in local and national community activities, including the Chair of the Board of Trustees for the Presbyterian Foundation and Chair of the Colorado Leadership Alliance. He has consulted extensively with not-for-profit and corporate organizations worldwide and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver. He holds degrees from the University of Colorado and Columbia University.

Hannah Green

Jacob Roberts, Trust Associate, holds a B.A. degree from Georgetown College in Communication and Media Studies with a minor in Business Administration. Jacob joined New Covenant Trust Company as a Trust Associate in July 2023. Jim Hitson

Jim Hitson, Assistant Vice President, Financial and Investment Planning Professional, joined New Covenant Trust Company in January 2022. Prior to joining New Covenant Trust Company, Jim held multiple roles in the financial services sector with Prudential Advisors as well as two boutique fee-only registered investment advisory firms, where he guided individuals, families and business owners in the alignment of their values with their financial, investment and charitable planning. Jim has served as a youth pastor, ruling elder, chair of Mission Committee, and in adult Christian education classes in various churches in Colorado and California. Jim has also served in short term missions in Indonesia, South Africa, Madagascar, Brazil and Mexico and as a board member of a non-profit resourcing pastors and community leaders in numerous countries in Africa and Asia. Jim holds degrees from Princeton Theological Seminary (M.Div.), The Graduate School of Business, University of Cape Town, South Africa (MBA), and Samford University, (B.A.) and is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Karen L. Garrett

Karen is currently serving as an independent board director and strategic advisor after retiring from a long career as an attorney. In her practice, she served as Co-chair of the Banking and Financial Services division at Stinson LLP and focused on strategic legal issues facing financial institutions and related businesses. Karen is a former Presbyterian Foundation Trustee. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and Northwestern University and is Directorship Certified by the National Association of Corporate Directors.

She previously worked at Commonwealth Bank & Trust and led the Operations team for The Glenview Trust Company, both local trust companies.

Lee Mitchum

Michele Minter

Michele is Vice Provost for Institutional Equity and Diversity at Princeton University. She is a member of Witherspoon Street Presbyterian Church where she serves as an elder. She is a Trustee of the Princeton Theological Seminary and Treasurer of the Westminster Foundation. Michele received degrees from Yale University (B.A.) and Brooklyn College of the City University of New York (M.F.A.).

Regina Kimbrough

Regina Kimbrough, Trust Officer, joined New Covenant Trust Company (NCTC) in August 2019 with 31 years of experience working in the Presbyterian Foundation's Operations Department coordinating the receipt, management and distribution of charitable gifts for individuals and churches and leading the Client Services team. Regina is responsible for ongoing trust and investment management administration for trusts and investment management accounts. Regina holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisville and attends Forest Baptist Church, Louisville, KY where she is a member of the finance team.

Rob Fohr

Rob was named Vice President of Strategic Alignment & Mid-Council Relations for the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) Foundation in November 2023. This newly created position serves both the Foundation and NCTC, ensuring the two organizations are in alignment as both continue a strong path of growth. Additionally, Rob helps build strategies and relationships with the goal of enhanced service to mid-council organizations in the PC(USA). He holds a master of arts in religion from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary and has a bachelor's in business administration from Abilene Christian University in Texas.

Ryan Cassidy

Susan is an attorney licensed to practice law in Ohio. Following a 25-year career in various leadership roles in a faith-based hospital system, she spent 15 years engaged in socially responsible investments for faith-based organizations, including serving as Vice President of Social Responsibility for Mercy Investment Services Inc. She previously served on the board of directors of the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility and FaithInvest. She is a graduate of Kenyon College in Ohio and Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana.
