T.Z. Sawyer Technical Consultants is headed by Senior Partner Timothy Z. Sawyer. Mr. Sawyer has over 40 years experience as a broadcast and communications engineer. He is a member of the Broadcast Pioneers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)...
