Charlie Young

Charlie started with ACCA as a volunteer adviser in July 2016 at our Bognor centre as a decline in her health meant she was no longer able to continue her career in entertainment full time. She wanted to do something that would keep her mind active whilst giving back to the community. Her first paid role was as an adviser at the Selsey outreach, in the community that she lives. Since then, she has taken on the roles of Trainer, Fuel Poverty Home Visitor, Advice Session Supervisor and Team Leader. Charlie leads on our funded services aimed at reaching under-represented groups in our client base and providing advice in new ways, such as our Home Visiting Service, Social Prescribing, debt casework projects, our Dementia service and Mental Health outreach project.

Danni Colclough

Danni Colclough has worked for ACCA since 2009. She is a debt specialist and also a debt relief order intermediary, and has obtained a Certificate in Money Advice Practice from the Institute of Money Advice. Danni has also achieved 'Level 3 and level 6 Diploma in Law and Practice' is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. She has worked in a variety of roles for ACCA and became Operations Manager in 2015.

Luca Badioli - CEO

Luca joined Arun & Chichester Citizens Advice as a volunteer in 2003. Since then he has worked in various roles within the organisation, including supervising, providing debt and civil litigation specialist advice, representation in court proceedings, project managing county-wide projects including a debt related project in local prisons. He has also undertaken roles as a quality of advice lead and service manager. Luca is very passionate about the work the Citizens Advice delivers to the community and the social policy work they do. He has a very a strong sense of justice and avidly challenges injustice. Luca has been instrumental, together with other professionals, in setting up the Chichester Law Clinic to allow people to continue to have access to justice following the cuts in legal aid. He is legally trained and continues to chair the West Sussex Money Advice Group and the Chichester Law Clinic strategic group.

Tracy Rablin

Tracy joined Citizens Advice as an administrator in January 2009 after working in banking for a number of years and then for a local estate agent. She has worked her way up to become finance manager and has recently completed her accounting qualifications and is now a qualified bookkeeper and accounting technician and is a member of The Association of Accounting Technicians.
