Adair Morse is Soloman P. Lee Chair in Business Ethics, Professor at the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley, Fellow at the Berkeley Center for Law and Business, and founding Faculty Director of the Sustainable and Impact Finance Initiative at Berkeley-Haas. Recent policy service includes serving as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Capital Access of the U.S. Department of the Treasury (2021-2022), co-founding the pandemic relieve public-private partnership California Rebuilding Fund (2020) and serving on the Expert Panel for oversight of the Global Fund for the Ministry of Finance of Norway (2015-2020). She is an award-winning teacher of New Venture Finance, Impact Investing, and Sustainable Investing, and created the climate, sustainable, and impact finance curriculum at Berkeley-Haas. Adair's research spans multiple areas of finance: household finance, FinTech, discrimination, climate finance, small business and venture finance, corruption, and pension management. Recent work includes papers on algorithmic discrimination, impact investment, and small business fiscal programs. She holds a Ph.D. in finance from the University of Michigan, masters degrees in statistics and agricultural economics from Purdue University, and a bachelor's degree from Colgate University.

Adam S. Posen is president of the Peterson Institute for International Economics. Under his leadership, since January 2013, the Institute has grown to 42 world-renowned fellows, raised its endowment by 50%, and won global recognition - including being named North American Economics Think Tank of the Year by Prospect three years in a row (2016, 2017, and 2018). The author, co-author, or editor of seven books, Posen has contributed to research and public policy in the areas of G20 monetary and fiscal policies, European economic integration since the euro, Japan's recovery from its Great Recession, and China-US economic relations. From 2009 to 2012, Posen served as an external voting member of the Bank of England's rate-setting Monetary Policy Committee (MPC), where he was a leading voice globally for active policy response to the financial crisis. Posen has also served seven terms on the Panel of Economic Advisers to the US Congressional Budget Office (2005-19), and co-authored Inflation Targeting with Bernanke, Laubach, and Mishkin while at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (1994-97). He received his BA and PhD from Harvard University.

Agnès Bénassy-Quéré is Deputy-Governor at Banque de France, on leave from University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and Paris School of Economics where she is a Professor of economics. Prados received her PhD in Economics from Columbia University. Her research focuses primarily on inequality and life cycle dynamics. One area of her work is about gender inequalities in the labor market.
