Evgeny Potashnikov is the First Deputy Chief Executive Officer at AFI RUS LLC.
In this role, he is responsible for the Company's relationships with government authorities and for pre-development approval processes.
Evgeny Potashnikov has been with AFI Development group of companies since 2005, when he was appointed the Head of construction and later, in 2006, promoted to the position of Head of the project.
Since 2008, Evgeny Potashnikov has been holding the position of Technical Director.
Mr. Potashnikov graduated from Tashkent Institute of Railway Transport Engineers with a diploma in industrial and civil construction in 1978. After graduation and completion of military service, Evgeny Potashnikov held managing positions in different divisions of the Ministry of Railways.
From 1991 till 2004, he worked in construction companies and held the position of Deputy Chief Engineer in the Mayor's office of Ar'ara Ba-Negev, Israel.

Natalia Pirogova joined the management team in October 2011. She has long and successful track record in the Russian real estate with a focus on M&A deals and tax issues. For the last seven years Natalia was involved in the Russian business of Fleming Family and Partners Limited as the Financial Director and the Managing Partner and worked for Marbleton Advisers Limited as the Managing Director.
Natalia holds Master degrees in Engineering and Finance.

Panayiotis Demetriou is the Board's existing Senior independent director. His role and responsibilities as the Senior independent director, in summary, are that he should be available to shareholders to discuss their concerns where the normal channels would not be appropriate for this purpose.
Tzvia Leviev has extensive experience on the global real estate market. For over 13 years Tzvia was one of the key TOP-managers in the international investment holding Africa Israel Investments, which manages real estate projects in Russia, the USA, Europe and Israel.
In Russia under Tsvia Leviev leadership AFI Development Group has launched such significant projects, as shopping & entertainment mall AFIMALL City located at the central core of the Moscow International Business Center (MIBC); business center AFI2B, the only A + class office complex in Moscow main business district; cutting-edge residential complexes, incl. the first Russian co-living skyscraper AFI Tower and a large-scale business-class residential complex AFI Park Vorontsovsky.
