Her journey in the world of golf merchandising has taken her through various impactful roles, from serving as the Merchandise Manager at Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, NJ, to an E-Commerce Merchandise Coordinator at Summit Golf Brands in New York, NY, and as the Assistant Merchandiser at John's Island Club in Vero Beach, FL.

After playing collegiate golf, Megan Fidler worked as a golf professional at Haggin Oaks, giving private golf lessons, club fitting, and running their junior programs. In 2005, she was hired by First Tee - Greater Sacramento where she worked for 18 years as their Director of Competitive Activities, running junior golf tournaments for junior golfers ages 5-18.
In 2023, she joined the AGM as their Director of Marketing and enjoys working with both their merchandiser members and vendor partners. Away from work, Megan enjoys reading, watching football, and spending time with her husband and five children.
