ARTHUR LEE LIN & CO - Key Persons

Mr. Arthur Goh Nguk Hong graduated with a Diploma in Town And Country Planning from the Technical College, Kuala Lumpur in 1972. He also graduated with Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours from the University of London 1992 and was admitted as an Advocate in the High Court in Sabah & Sarawak in 1996. He was previously working in the Land and Survey Department and was dealing in land matters and the processing of applications for sub-division and development of land by developers, consultant and landowners. He applied for early retirement after completing thirty-three years of service and joined Arthur Lee, Lin & Co. Advocates in January 2006. He is a qualified person for purpose of submitting applications related to Land to the State Planning Authority, Sarawak. He has been awarded the Bendera Bintang Sarawak and the Pingat Perkhidmatan Terpuji by the Sarawak Government for his distinguished service. He is also a licensed company secretary in Malaysia.

Mr. Ian Lee Yi Eng joined the firm in 2013 as a chambering student and was retained as a Legal Assistant upon being called to the Sarawak bar in 2014. He is an Information Technology graduate from the University of Wollongong, Australia but decided to pursue a career in Law and obtained a Law Degree from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and subsequently a post graduate professional legal certificate from the High Court of Queensland, Australia. He is conversant with legal Information Technology matter and is now a full time Litigation Lawyer. He is also a licensed company secretary in Malaysia.

Mdm. Lin Kueh Hong graduated with a Bachelor of Law Degree with Honours from University of London and was called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in 1985 and subsequently called to the Bar in Sarawak. She has practised as an Advocate and Solicitor since 1987. She is appointed as a Commissioner For Oaths and is a member of the Advocates Association of Sarawak and has been in active practice since 1987. She is currently on the Advocates Association of Sarawak sub-committee for conveyancing matters. She is also a licensed company secretary in Malaysia.

Sylvester Lai Tze Yang joined the firm in 2017 as a chambering student and was retained as a Legal Assistant in 2018 upon being called to the Sarawak Bar. He graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) (Honours) from Northumbria University, UK in and obtained the Certificate in Legal Practice in . His current practice area is dispute resolution.
