Andrew, the eldest son, grew up in the business, helping stock displays and clean the cases from a young age. As he grew older, he took on more responsibilities, including small repairs and changing of watch batteries, helping to refining his talents. After 26 years of running the business, Papa handed over the keys into the skillful and trustworthy hands of his son that he spent time developing. Andrew, along with his wife, Beth, began to raise their own three children (Kristen, Scott and Kyle) in a simliar fashion in which he had been raised... Our story begins when Andrew's father, affectionately known as Papa, came to America from Poland with his young bride after having served on the Polish Division of the Royal Air Force in World War II. Using the GI Bill, he went to school to learn watch making, and in 1949, opened his first jewelry store in New York. Over time, Papa's single store grew and expanded into New Jersey, where Papa moved with his wife, Margaret, and their four..
