Charles has advised the UN, IFC, and governments with hundreds of public speaking engagements and presentations internationally. He is a graduate of Missouri S&T and co-founded Taka Solutions, a revolutionary energy efficiency, finance, and technology provider.

To date, our firm has developed and managed in excess of 141.7+ million square feet of commercial space and over 5,900 apartments. The NorthPoint Family of Companies has grown to 14 companies, including a real estate development and management company, an international logistics company, and a warehouse and supply chain integration company.

Tim Klink - Chief Legal Officer
As General Counsel, Tim leads the legal department and actively represents the company in connection with its real estate portfolio. Over his career, Tim has represented clients in all facets of real estate law, including office, retail, and industrial leasing; purchase and sale transactions; local and state entitlements; and local, state, and federal development incentives.
Tim received his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School.
