Justin has over 15 years of experience in the trenchless industry, and has a proven track record in delivering highly specialized expert engineering and design services throughout North America. Mr. Taylor attended The University of Alberta in Canada, obtaining a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and becoming a licensed engineer in multiple provinces prior to his move to the US, where he has become a licensed professional engineer in over 20 states. Justin has extensive trenchless design management experience with CCI completing projects of various sizes, material, and trenchless installation methodologies, including HDD, Direct Pipe, and microtunneling, as well as being heavily involved in the advancement of the trenchless industry through his involvement with organizations such as the North American Society of Trenchless Technology (NASTT).

Kyle brings over 20 years of oil and gas industry experience in Canada, including upstream and midstream development and operations in 6 provinces and 1 territory. His experience includes environmental planning and inspection on pipeline projects, federal and provincial regulatory engagement and collaboration, working directly for and engaging with Indigenous Groups during project development, construction and operations of oil and gas projects, stakeholder relations, and cost and schedule management of multiple projects. His experience ranges from hands-on Environmental Inspection to holding senior roles in both Government and Industry seats. Kyle understands that solid leadership and communication is the key to successful project implementation. His current role with CCI has him leading projects and assisting CCI in building on the strengths of their "Pipe 360" model, adding his expertise to the team.

Mark has served as the Vice President, Business Development since he joined CCI in October 2020. Mark has held several positions in the oilfield services sector within the Canadian oil and gas industry for the past 40 years. Prior to joining CCI, Mark worked at Strad Energy for 11 years, the last six of which he was Director of Sales, Canada.

Peter is Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified General Accountant. He attended the University of Manitoba and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors), Accounting and Bachelor of Arts, Economics. Peter comes to us with over 20 years' experience as a strategic senior leader leveraging financial and tax knowledge to achieve transformational business results. Before joining our team, Peter spent the last 16 years with Prairie Merchant Corporation where one of his many responsibilities was leading all aspects of regulatory reporting, tax planning and accounting functions for all entities of the company. He is a very strong collaborator and change agent. He is a roll up the sleeve's leader and ultimate team player.

During Steve's 43 year career, he has helped bring numerous innovations to the HDD Industry. Including Pullback assist winches, wireless steering (1980 w/GeoScience CA), lockout swivels and flow-through swivels for a two-rig system, Doty Machine, mud swivels (Kelly Swivel, Doty Machine), floating fly cutters/reamers, bolt on connections, gravel/cobble shield reamers, Bi-Directional Pullbacks, Transitioned Pull Heads to assist large diameter pipe enter rock formations underground, Drilling Simulator (NASA Engineers, Intuitive Machines). Through Steve's career he has worked for various trenchless companies such as HDI, ECI, Mears, and Laney, in various VP and Director roles.
In 2020, Steve joined CCI & Associates and enjoys sharing his knowledge gained throughout the world with HDD to make the lives of contractors and engineers less confrontational and more considerate.
