Dr. Barry graduated from UCD Medical School in 2004. He completed the UCD General Practice Specialist Training Programme in 2009. He has been working as a GP in Ballyfermot since.
He is an Assistant Programme Director with the UCD General Practice Training Programme in Dublin.
Dr. Barry has a particular interest in General-Practice Surgery, Women's Health including the Mirena (coil) and the Implanon (bar), Paediatrics, and Medicine for the Elderly.
There are four GPs, Drs. Alan Barry, Lisa Mc Grath, Ken Fitzpatrick, Colm Ó Sé as well as a Registrar in General Practice Dr. Daniel Shanahan and Practice Nurses Agnes Chmiel-Kaminska & Clare Whelan.
Dr. Ó Sé is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin (1991), and did his specialist training in Dublin and Edinburgh. Since 1997, he has been working in Ballyfermot. He is GP Trainer for the North Dublin City GP Training Scheme; in addition, he is involved in the training of UCD medical students.
Dr. Fitzpatrick graduated from UCD Medical School in 2014 following completion of a degree in physiology in Trinity College Dublin. He completed the UCD General Practice Specialist Training Programme in 2020. He has been working as a GP in a number of practices across Dublin. Dr. Fitzpatrick has worked posts in Orthopaedics, Vascular Surgery, Endocrinology, Emergency, Psychiatry, Paediatrics and Obstetrics/Gynaecology.
Dr. Fitzpatrick has completed additional training in Surgery and Obstetrics with Gynaecology.
Dr. Fitzpatrick has a keen interest in General-Practice Surgery, Women's Health, Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Research.
Dr. Lisa McGrath graduated from UCD in 2005 and subsequently completed a four-year specialist training programme in General Practice.
She has additional training and qualifications in Occupational Medicine, Medicine for the Elderly, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. Dr. McGrath has a particular interest in Women's Health and Paediatrics.
