Team COA- (Center for Organizational Advancement) was founded over 20 years ago within Rogers Behavioral Health. Now independent -we provide experiential learning or "learning by doing." Most programs are designed for your team or group participating together. Open enrollment for individuals, is available for some sessions... Laughter and meditation are two ways to reduce stress and improve overall wellness. Team COA is offering options with both for your classroom youth or teacher group... Team COA is Team Building for Schools, Communities, Professionals, and Sports Teams
