Comprehensive Home Care is operated by brother and sister team, Jay and Jennifer Chapman, who discovered a passion for home care when their Grandfather Hughes' health began to fail, and the stress of caring for him began to take a toll on their grandmother's health. Sadly, when they began exploring home care options, they discovered that quality care was hard to find and that agencies did not honor the trust that was placed in them to provide the best care for the Chapmans' grandfather. Relationships were never established, leading to not only poor quality services, but limited understanding of what services were even needed...
