Grant Trevor

Grant Trevor is the Technical Lead and senior software developer. Grant commenced work with CSnet® in 2016. Grant is a highly experienced Solution Architect, Technical Lead and Senior Software Engineer with over 15 years experience primarily focused on delivery of solutions with Microsoft based technologies. Grant has worked on a broad range of projects including Microsoft's MSN portal sites, EasyJet airlines booking site, online fashion retailer ASOS's ecommerce and logistics applications, bespoke content management systems, car fleet tracking services and within an equally broad range of working environments from small startups, new media agencies and large multi-national corporations. As CSnet® Technical Lead, Grant is responsible for overseeing the Software Development lifecycle and maintaining business continuity. Grant works to ensure successful delivery of new and enhanced features from initial inception, analysis and design, through development and in to production systems. Grant's role is to enable the development team to undertake their required tasks through the application of Agile practices, implement continuous delivery, and ensure the product that CSnet® delivers meets the expectations of organisations and clients. Grant is actively involved in multi-disciplinary team planning and project management, and is a key driver of the internal communication.

Greg Simmons

Greg is a respected business partner and advisor delivering strong client engagement, solid commercial outcomes, and positive social impacts for the community. Greg has deep experience in building enduring sector relationships, energising people around change and galvanising multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver innovative customer solutions that uplift individual and organisational performance. Greg's role in CSnet is to: • Articulate a clear and compelling vision for CSnet, identify and analyse trends, project ‘over the horizon' issues, generate intelligence and bring together people and purpose to set priorities • Work effectively with and support an organisation to consider options, and devise effective action plans to meet their need for whole-of-organisation data transformation • Build and maintain high trust relationships and partnerships in the sector and with CSnet organisations • Bring knowledge and understanding of the non-profit sector, across both fundraising and program impact, to deepen conversations about case management, practice and outcomes measurement, so that social outcomes are at the heart of what we do and how we partner at CSnet.

Mandy Doon

Tim Gleeson and Mandy Doon are the founders of CSnet with over 30 years of involvement in human services. Tim is Managing Director and Mandy is Director Business Development. Together they started CSnet in 2007 with the aim of creating a SaaS wholly focused on meeting the needs of human services organisations - to collect data from ground up, embed good practice, and measure outcomes for better service delivery and social impact. Mandy Doon is co-founder of Community Services.net Pty Ltd, and Executive Director. Mandy works in the areas of business development, is part of the human services practitioner team and sits on the Board. Mandy has been the driving force behind the certification of CSnet® as a Benefit Corporation in 2015, re-certifications in 2017 and 2020, and ongoing company improvement projects linked to the B Impact Assessment. CSnet® has been awarded ‘Best for the World' Honors in 2017, 2018, 2021 and 2022. These honours are based on independently verified impact scores that put CSnet® in the top 5% of certified B Corps of our size across the world. As Executive Director, Mandy is responsible for business development and stewardship of the CSnet® brand and stakeholder partnerships.

Philippa Edgley

Philippa has over 20 years experience in quality assurance and business improvement within community services and corporate sectors. Philippa brings her skills in stakeholder engagement, client satisfaction and program evaluation, workplace training, leadership and project planning to the role of Operations Lead in CSnet. Philippa is responsible for contributing to strategies to support CSnet company mission and objectives, coordinating multi-team processes to optimise effectiveness, accountability and responsiveness. Philippa has led the team implementation of CSnet acquiring SOC2 accreditation and oversees the maintenance and improvement of the CSnet quality management system which underpins CSnet operations. Philippa also has a role in the CSnet Practitioner team, to assist client organisations through project design and implementation, staff training and ongoing support to ensure the introduction of the CSnet system adds value to their operations. Philippa has extensive experience working with government agencies coordinating the transfer of data between CSnet and external government reporting systems to support organisations to meet their funding compliance reporting requirements . Philippa works across the teams of CSnet Practitioners and Developers to support innovative and solution focussed services to underpin the complex work of human services.

Tim Gleeson - Managing Director

Tim Gleeson is co-founder and Managing Director of Community Services.net Pty Ltd. Tim also sits on the Board. Tim has been involved in building the company from ground-up since 2009. Tim was the first employee of CSnet® and has been fully involved in the design and management of CSnet® from v1.0. Tim has extensive experience in all policy and operational facets of the community services sector and government program design. Tim worked in government and community sector roles and has contributed to social policy across a broad range of human services programs supporting the welfare and wellbeing of individuals, families and communities in need. After leaving senior government policy roles in 1994, Tim co-founded Community Link Australia Pty Ltd (CLA) - a consultancy company focused on community sector practice and approaches to social program design, contracting and quality improvement to support ongoing learning in the human services sector. As Managing Director, Tim is responsible for overall strategy and operations including building leadership and knowledge, and ongoing systems improvement.

Tracey Acton

Tracey Acton is the Human Services Practice Team Lead and social worker. Tracey commenced with CSnet® in 2012. Tracey has extensive experience working in and for community sector organisations. Tracey has worked in direct service delivery in out-of-home care, housing and homelessness, and as a youth worker. She is experienced in project management and team leadership in range of settings including community sector workforce management, internal processes and practices including change management. Tracey has deep knowledge across a broad range of community services sector programs, service models, practices and procedures. Tracey is responsible for managing the practitioner team and for processes of engagement with organisations using the CSnet® service. Her role includes ensuring timely and effective responses to requests from existing CSnet® customers for updates database configuration, as well as supervising design of new implementations. Tracey has a key role in liaising with the technical team to ensure emerging customer needs are understood and prioritized appropriately. As Practice Lead, Tracey is also responsible for the delivery of training and learning resources for CSnet® . Tracey is actively involved in multi-disciplinary team workflow planning and project management, and she a key driver of regular CSnet® community User Groups and network collaborations.
