We've integrated the elements of a first class highly specific cycling training with software and cloud based management of athlete progress and workout delivery... The Eastern Slopes Power Lab located in Vancouver, British Columbia provides year round power based interval training, coaching and assessment. The Power Lab utilizes leading smart trainers and software that provides the benefit of targeted and periodized power based training for measured and quantifiable performance. The lab is also used as a resource for our cycling training camps and offers opportunity for testing and data analysis for camp athletes... We have designed our coached camps to provide a mix of structured workouts and training scenarios to help competitive and non competitive cyclists train with measured gains.
