The El Oso Flojo lodge is proud to be a scuba friendly lodging, offering wetsuit and scuba gear storage and drying, along with many other amenities to help make your stay with us a real treat... El Oso Flojo Lodge in Balmorhea Texas was recently opened on September 1st 2006, boasting 20 beautifully furnished rooms to accommodate visitors to the area. The lodge was constructed over a period of three years single handedly by owner Joel Madrid. All rooms at the lodge have on suite bathrooms boasting waterfall shower and ornate tile work. Other amenities include large flat screen televisions with HBO. All rooms lead onto the beautifully landscaped courtyard, with its flowing fountain and trimmed grass.
