Mrs. G INDIRA K REDDY hails from Nellore District located in the State of Andhra Pradesh. Her early life was spent in Nellore where she did her high School and later graduated with a degree in Science. She attended the Owner President Management Programme with Harvard University during the period 1997 to 1999. Mrs. Indira Reddy started her career with M/s Orbit Travels & Tours as the Managing Director of the Company. Later on she moved as the Managing Director of M/s Novopan Industries Limited, a Company which manufactured Plain and Laminated Particle Boards with Swiss Collaboration. In the year 1999, GVK Hotels & Resorts Ltd., which took care of the Hospitality sector of the Group, signed a strategic alliance with IHCL, the TAJ Brand, and Mrs. Indira Reddy once again took charge as the Managing Director of TAJ GVK Hotels & Resorts Limited. As the Managing Director, Mrs. Indira Reddy directs the Company's Operations, sets long term market strategy and oversees the development of new projects. She takes keen interest in the corporate strategy and investments of the Group. TAJ GVK presently manages six Five Star Luxury & Business Hotels across Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Chennai. Further the Company is also setting up the Ginger Brand of Hotels across Andhra Pradesh to cater to the value segment. Work has also commenced for building new five star hotels at the airport complex in Mumbai and Bangalore. Mrs. Indira Reddy has keen interest in Interior Design and plays a major role in establishing the various properties of the Group.

Keshav Reddy is the Promoter and Director of Aragen Life sciences Pvt. Ltd. (formerly known as GVK Biosciences Pvt. Ltd.), a global leader in providing discovery, development, and manufacturing solutions for life sciences firms. With a team of over 3100 professionals, and through a network of sites around the world, Aragen serves over 450 customers worldwide across multiple modalities and therapeutic areas. Keshav Reddy is the managing partner of the Reddy Family Office, Reddy Futures Fund, which has successfully invested in 30+ software companies. The Investments include 4 unicorn companies and are distributed between India, USA, Africa and South East Asia. The family office continues to give top quartile returns compared to the entire venture capital ecosystem globally. Keshav Reddy was a vice-president between 2014 and 2020 in GVK Airports which was India's leading airport operator. GVK Airports built Mumbai airport, Bangalore airport, navi Mumbai airport and ran many operations in south east Asian airports. Keshav worked in corporate finance selling an asset for $500M, did a onetime settlement for $1B and managed commercial revenues of $150M. Shri. K. KRISHNAM RAJU working presently as a Director of GVK EMRI is also working as the President for GVK EMRI Operations in UP. He served as the ‘President' of ELCINA for two terms and Electronic Industries Association of Andhra Pradesh for three consecutive years 1986, 1987, and 1988. He held various positions viz: ‘Secretary' to the Board of Trustees of Smt. Nandamuri Basava Taraka Rama Rao Memorial Cancer Foundation and Research Centre from 1996 to 2010. ‘Chairman' of Andhra Pradesh State Electronic Development Corporation. Member of Board of Studies in Business Management, Osmania University, Hyderabad. Member governing body in Alluri Seeta Rama Raju Medical College, Eluru. Ramsekhar is a development practitioner with 33+ years of hands-on experience of leading large and complex organizations in the government, public sector, private sector and consulting. He is a former civil servant belonging to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS: Haryana: 1988) with deep and abiding engagement with the entire life cycle activities across the physical and social infrastructural continuum. He last worked as the MD and CEO of Delhi Integrated Multi-modal Transit System (DIMTS), a multi-disciplinary urban and transportation services and solutions provider spanning a range of activities across planning, engineering, informatics, operations, public - private partnerships, organisational reforms and reengineering. DIMTS, a joint venture between Delhi Government and IDFC, is involved with transforming the urban and transportation services working closely with several multilateral development agencies, Union Government of India, State and Municipal Governments across 24 states and union territories in India and several private sector infra players. Before joining DIMTS, Ramsekhar was CEO of IPE Global, a multi-sector development consultancy operating in India and two dozen countries. He was earlier CEO of CRISIL Risk and Infrastructure Solutions, a risk and policy advisory solutions provider for governments, regulators and private sector in infrastructure and financial services across Asia and Africa. Previously, he worked as Chief Strategy Officer of GVK Power and Infrastructure, an Indian infrastructure major with interests in airports, roads, power, mining and SEZs. While in government, Ramsekhar had long stints in Urban Development, Transport, Civil Aviation, Industries, Commercial Taxes intimately involved with policy design and implementation.

Mrs. Shalini Bhupal has done her Graduation in Arts from Osmania University. She started her career as Director of Orbit Tour & Travels Pvt. Ltd.
