Hey there! I'm Alec Smith, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and owner of Feel Good Nutrition and Fitness. I've worked in the "diet and exercise" industry for over 10 years and worked with countless numbers of clients. I've also worked in "big box" gyms where the only concern is how much money they can suck out of your wallet. Here at Feel Good Nutrition and Fitness however, we genuinely give a shit. Really, we do.
