Oy Finnsampo Ltd was established in Jyväskylä in 1994 and Finnsampo Engineering Oy in Lahti in 1995. The business activity of Finnsampo companies in Jyväskylä and Lahti was sold on 1.9.2015 to the new company established by the company minority shareholders. The staff was transferred to the new company as old employees. The new company was named Finnsampo Oy.
