Fringe Media was established in 2002 by Rene Bridges, a journalist and communication specialist who had over 40 years experience in publishing. With her partner Bevis England, himself a communicator with over 40 years experience in journalism, photography and public relations, Rene launched The Titirangi Tatler, in December 2002.
