Jayne graduated from Greenwich University in 2016 with a 1 st Class Honours degree in Public Health. She joined Healthwatch Bexley in May 2016 as the Volunteer and Engagement Coordinator and since 2018, has been the manager at Healthwatch Bexley.
Previously Jayne worked for Mind in Bexley on a Social Prescribing pilot scheme and for a local community trust as a Community Engagement Officer. She has worked extensively in the community and in schools, promoting health messages and engaging with the public, particularly in deprived areas.

I joined Healthwatch Bexley full time in October, previously I volunteered with the organisation before accepting a full-time position.
Rikki is currently a consultant working with the non-profit sector to increase their share of public sector funding. Until recently the Chief Executive of Healthwatch Greenwich, Rikki brings 21 years experience of managing services in the public and voluntary sectors, including service user involvement, organisational transformation, performance improvement, business development and programme management.
Previously, Rikki has been Director of Commercial Services for vInspired, Head of Commissioning at the National Citizen Service Trust, responsible for designing and leading the 2014 commissioning round, and Head of Youth Service for the London Borough of Bromley. Rikki is a qualified youth worker and a Trustee for Friends of the Elderly.
