In essence, hypnosis is a means of communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. As well as being an entertaining stage event, hypnosis can be very beneficial and therapeutic - from weight lose - quitting smoking - and stress control... Thanks again so much for the excellent show the other night. The school is still talking about it. We made a decent profit and had more people in the gym than I have ever seen at a sporting event.
