The International Longshore & Warehouse Union Local 502 has been proudly representing longshore workers on the Fraser River since 1944. ILWU Local 502 is the exclusive bargaining agent for over 3000 men and women along the Fraser River stretching out to Roberts Bank... ILWU Local 502 is involved in the loading, unloading and checking of cargo to and from vessels and the storage of these goods on the docks. We also represent the rail, yard & ship Planners that work at Global Containers Terminal as well as warehouse workers at Tidewater Container Services.
