Richard Sand is a veteran IT architect with over 20 years of experience in security and identity management. Richard began working in IAM in 1999 with Netegrity, and is now regarded as a leading authority in architecture, implementation, and customization of CA's IAM suite, with 18 years of deep hands-on experience.
Richard has worked within some of the largest organizations in the world, including General Electric, American Express, Visa, IBM Corporation, and Nokia. Richard has strong international experience, having worked and lived in Europe for six years, and performing on-site client work throughout Asia.
Seth Roland is an experienced business professional with a broad range of experience including project management, software development management, management and technology consulting, team leadership, personal and corporate finance, and all phases of the software product life cycle from concept through release to market.
