Aage Kalsæg is the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and Head of Marketing and Sales at Integrated Detector Electronics AS in Norway. He has over 30 years of strategy development, management, sales and marketing experience in the IT and electronics industry, with emphasis on international distribution, product development, program development, supply chain development and global marketing. Maintaining worldwide relationships, crossing cultural boundaries.

Codin Gheorghe is the Director of the System Development Department at IDEAS. He is experienced in all areas of electronics development and has worked with development projects within different fields, including medical and physiology, oil and gas, testing and radiation detection.
Dirk Meier is CTO at IDEAS with PhD in Physics from the University of Heidelberg, background from CERN and the University of Michigan Medical School. Earlier, he was a researcher and project manager at Gamma Medica Inc. and IDEAS. He is enthusiastic about tech innovation in space, science, and industry. Dirk spends his spare time in the 道場 - mostly rolling, falling and moving.
Gunnar Maehlum is the CEO at IDEAS. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Oslo and has a broad background from positions at CERN, the University of Karlsruhe and the University of Perugia. He joined IDEAS ASA in 1997 where he worked in technical, scientific and managerial positions. Prior to his current role, he has been Vice President of Research at Gamma Medica Inc. and General Manager of Gamma Medica-Ideas (Norway) AS.
