We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require cancellation. However, your time is valuable and so is that of our service providers. Out of respect for their time and income, we request a 24-hour notice for any cancellation or reservation changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of 50% of the total service cost if the time cannot be filled from our waiting list.
