Isaacs Pools & Spas was founded in 1978 by Bill Isaacs, Sr. and Bill Isaacs, Jr. The family-owned and operated pool and spa company has been in business 43 years, providing Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol, Southwest Virginia, and the surrounding areas with exceptional customer service and quality products. The company initially was established in an effort to provide the area with a quality in-ground pool builder. In 1989, Kathy and Bill Isaacs, Jr., officially purchased the business, and in 2006, David Isaacs joined the family business after the death of his father in 2002. In 2011, David and his mother, Kathy, moved the business to its current location on the motor mile in Johnson City.
