Intek Group - a diversified group, the outcome of a corporate reorganization project which has merged Intek Spa's operations with those of KME Group Spa... Following a series of steps aimed at rationalizing and improving the Group's organizational structure, we have now reached the present 2012 situation, based on the merger by absorption of Intek SpA and KME Group SpA which, as of 1st December 2012, will be called Intek Group S.p.a.
