Allyson is a dedicated and experienced events professional. Serving as the Director of University Events and Protocol at Idaho State since 2008, she plans and executes high-level university events such as Commencement, New Student Convocation, March through the Arch, building dedications, and all other events hosted by the university president. Her expertise and guidance are valuable resources for the campus community.
Allyson is proud to be part of the Bengal family and holds two degrees from ISU. She earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance in 2005 and completed her Master of Arts in Communication in 2014.

Angela was born and raised in American Falls, Idaho. She moved to Pocatello in 1994 and began to raise her family. Angela started her career at ISU as a Secondary Education Major before deciding to pursue a nontraditional occupation in the energy field. She has completed the course work for the Energy Systems Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technology program and is working toward completion of a Bachelor of Applied Science. As a student, Angela worked for the Adult Success Center at ISU and, in 2010, had the honor of earning Idaho State University Student Employee of the Year second runner-up. Angela is pleased to have found a new home within the General Education Department as Center for New Directions' administrative assistant. She is the mother of three and the grandmother of two adorable toddlers. She is a voracious reader and an avid knitter.

Aubrie is responsible for overseeing, managing, and coordinating all operations of the Office of General Counsel (OGC). She is primarily responsible for initiating and overseeing key strategic projects, and ensures the OGC is implementing best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity. She oversees the Legal Education Program and works to ensure the campus community is effectively informed on important legal subjects at ISU. Aubrie is currently covering the Risk Management Program and the Worker's Compensation Program. Aubrie handles the insurance needs for claims and accidents for the University. She also oversees the Protection of Minors program for the University.
Aubrie has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and graduated with her Master of Public Administration Degree in 2021. Aubrie is a proud alumnus of Idaho State University. She has extensively studied Disaster Policy, Public Policy Analysis, Public Workplace Issues, and has completed research regarding the COVID-19 Pandemic as well as the Narrative Policy Framework in Disaster films.

As the Assistant Athletic Compliance Officer, Blaise oversees many aspects of recruiting and playing seasons with all 15 of Idaho States Division 1 teams. He works with coaches and staff to understand and effectively use the FrontRush software to track recruiting contacts to playing logs and pass lists. He takes an active part in monthly Rules Education meetings to help the Athletic Department stay up to date on Big Sky Conference and NCAA legislation. Furthermore, he assists incoming Student-Athletes receive their certifications through the NCAA Eligibility Center.
Blaise started with ISU as a Compliance Office intern in 2016, then a Career Path Intern in the Sports Information Department in 2017. He has been in his current position since June of 2018.

As General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Blake oversees all legal and compliance functions for Idaho State University and sits on the President's Administrative Council (Cabinet). Blake counsels on a wide variety of higher education issues, among which are student and academic affairs, employment, governance, athletics, Title IX, contracting, privacy, public records, intellectual property, state and federal regulatory compliance, and university policy. In addition to providing legal advice and representation, Blake has supervisory responsibility over the university's legal, HIPAA, athletics compliance, workers compensation, and risk management offices.
Blake joined ISU in July 2020 after serving as associate general counsel for Montana State University and working for a large law firm in Virginia. Blake graduated cum laude from the William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia.

Cody serves as the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance and Academic Services for the Office of the General Counsel and Athletics. He works with student-athletes, coaches, university personnel, and the community. Cody oversees rules education and interpretations, violations, waivers, recruiting, certification, and annual reports for NCAA, Big Sky Conference, and ISU. He is also an adjunct instructor for the Human Performance and Sport Science Department and serves as the Title IX Investigator and representative for several committees at ISU and in the Big Sky Conference.
Joining ISU in 2014, Cody served as a Graduation Specialist in the Office of the Registrar. Before this he was an Athletics Academic Advisor and Coordinator at Utah Valley University. He graduated from ISU with a BA in Physical Education with an emphasis in Sports Management. He continued his education receiving both a Masters of Physical Education in Athletic Administration in August of 2011, and A Master's of Business Administration in 2017.

Heidi Berry joined the President's Office in January of 2024 as the Interim Executive Assistant. She became the permanent Executive Assistant in March of 2024. In her role, Heidi provides administrative support for the President and Chief of Staff.
In prior positions at ISU, Heidi has worked in Marketing and Communications, as well as University Policy. She is passionate about the impact that education can have in people's lives and believes that knowledge and curiosity is central to a purposeful life.
She has valuable experience working in other public sector institutions, including public libraries. She holds a bachelor's degree in history, with a minor in business management. Heidi is originally from Haines, Alaska and enjoys spending time with her husband, Ian, and her son, Henry.

As Legal Compliance Manager for the Office of General Counsel, Jason is responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating affiliation agreement contracts for ISU's various healthcare programs within the Kasiska Division of Health Sciences, College of Arts and Letters, and College of Technology Health Occupations. Affiliation agreements enable programs to place their students and Residents in clinical rotations at hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and schools around the country. Part of the affiliation agreement process includes student malpractice insurance, certificates of insurance, and
Jason graduated from Idaho State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Business Administration- Marketing, and in 2022 with a Master of Public Administration. Prior to working in the Office of the General Counsel, Jason worked with many wonderful professors as a teaching assistant in ISU's Political Science Department. He also worked for the Bureau of Land Management as a firefighter.

Jenn has a passion for the mission of higher education. In her role as Chief of Staff, Jenn develops strategy, programs, and initiatives that serve student needs and further the mission of education in Idaho. In this role, Jenn is responsible for the execution of the President's agenda and high-level priorities. This is accomplished by maintaining an inventory of all critical path projects and resolving issues that could impact the execution of initiatives. Jenn participates in institutional planning, policy development, and problem resolution. She also acts as an emissary and liaison to the campus community on behalf of the President.
In her spare time, Jenn enjoys hiking, climbing, mountain biking, and reading. Jenn is a proud alumna of Idaho State and has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Public Administration.

Joe has been working on the ISU website since 2008. He has been a designer, developer, and now serves as Web Services Manager. Joe maintains all aspects of the Content Management System and trains all students, staff, and faculty who use it. He gives guidance to the campus community regarding website design, information architecture, accessibility, and search engine optimization. He directly manages over 30 of ISU's top-level web pages.
Joe graduated from ISU in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
Johnathan Roark is ISU's photographer and has been part of the MARCOM team since 2021.
In 2001 Johnathan started his career as Photographer's Mate in the Navy. Since then, he's held quite a few different positions including camera technician making 3D camera systems for Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute's Advanced Imaging Lab, camera operator for ESPN's SEC Network, and freelance and staff photojournalist for several newspapers.
Roark graduated from the University of Georgia with bachelor's degrees in journalism and geography.

Kelsey West, the Design and Creative Strategy Manager at Idaho State University's Office of Marketing and Communications, brings a wealth of experience to her role, having been with the university since 2016 and part of the Marketing and Communications team since 2022. She specializes in graphic design and marketing, overseeing the university's visual standards and brand identity. Her responsibilities include creating top-level branded materials and managing the brand approval process for non-merchandise materials. Kelsey's creative impact is seen across campus in projects like Holt Arena's exterior design, campus banners, and the Pond Student Union building. Before her current role, she served as the Director of Marketing and Communication at the College of Business, where she led strategic marketing initiatives.
As an alumna of Idaho State University and a first-generation college student, Kelsey is deeply committed to her alma mater's brand integrity and the transformative power of education. Lee Ann Waldron is an experienced communications professional with more than 15 years of experience. She is skilled in news production, marketing, public relations, social media, video production, organization, customer service and content strategy. With the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, Lee Ann is knowledgeable and passionate about the local business environment, creative writing and visual storytelling.
Most recently, she served as senior director of marketing and communications for the Kasiska Division of Health Sciences at ISU. Before that she led a team of social media managers and videographers for Stuart's Media Group in Chubbuck in developing digital marketing campaigns and shooting, editing and producing monthly marketing videos for real estate clients.
Waldron also worked as a news producer, reporter and production assistant at KPVI Channel 6 in Pocatello and served as the marketing and events manager for the Lewis Clark Valley Chamber of Commerce in Clarkston, Washington, for several years.
She holds a bachelor's degree in communication and video production from Lewis-Clark State College in Lewiston and will receive a master's degree in communications from Idaho State in May of 2024.
Lee Ann and her husband Adam have five children and enjoy hiking, camping and the beautiful Idaho outdoors. She serves as a board member for the Portneuf Greenway Foundation and has played roller derby for the Portneuf Valley Bruisers for nearly 10 years.

Libby Howe serves as the University Policy Manager and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the University's official policies and procedures. Libby is tasked with representing competing points of view on policies to the Administrative Council on behalf of all university constituency groups. She brings a transparent, open and empathetic approach to the policy process and focuses on mission in all policy development efforts.
Libby joined Idaho State University in 2001 and has served in a variety of positions in the Office of Marketing and Communications (formerly University Relations). Her previous experience as the Director of University Relations brings valuable insight to the policy-making process, providing historical context for the operational processes and decisions that have been made at ISU over the last two decades. Prior to her time at ISU, Libby held positions as a television news journalist in Idaho Falls and Pocatello.

Matt has been with ISU for a little less than 2 years but has been involved in Digital Marketing, Data, and Analytics for the better part of a decade now. His career has spanned multiple disciplines across numerous award-winning agencies and he specializes in (some say monotonous) technical, data-driven tasks. Together with Joe, he actively maintains the University's Top-Level pages but also assists departments with Forms, Permissions, Analytics, Google Products and general troubleshooting as best he can.
He is currently working to measure, track and improve the University's SEO, Digital Accessibility, UX, and Marketing Reporting Systems.
Matt earned his B.A. from Brigham Young University, Provo and has continued his education, earning certifications in Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, and Web Development.
Matt enjoys working behind the scenes and understanding the inner-workings of processes to make connections between disparate systems, streamline and simplify work, and (hopefully) make a positive impact in the world. Miriam's professional career at Idaho State began in 2008, however, her Bengal roots run much deeper. She is an ISU alum with a Master of Business Administration degree and two Bachelor of Arts degrees, one in Speech Communication and the other in Mass Communication with a public relations emphasis.
Before joining ISU's Office of Marketing and Communications, Miriam managed the marketing and recruitment efforts for the College of Science of Engineering for 13 years. Following her time in CoSE, Miriam was an instructor in the University Honors Program and then served as the executive director of marketing in the Office of Marketing and Communications.
Miriam is proud to work with an exceptionally talented Marketing and Communications team that collaboratively leads the University's efforts to tell ISU's unique story. Misty is the HIPAA Compliance Officer for the Office of the General Counsel and serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer and the HIPAA Security Officer. Misty graduated from Idaho State University in 2007 with a B.S. in Zoology and attended Weber State University to obtain her Post Baccalaureate in Health Information Management. She is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) and has a background working as a Privacy and Healthcare Compliance Officer. Morgan joined Idaho State University as a student office assistant in 2021 during her freshman year. Morgan now serves as an Administrative Assistant II for the Office of the President and Marketing and Communications. Pati serves as the Director of Research Contracts for the Office of Research and works in close coordination with the Office of General Counsel. In this role, she provides legal oversight and management for the legal agreements and contracts with private and public entities that provide grants and other sponsored project funding. She also handles research subcontracts, MTAs, NDAs and similar instruments.
Pati has been at ISU since 2015. Before moving to Pocatello, she worked at the University of South Carolina as the Associate Director of Patent Management in the Office of Technology Commercialization working closely with Sponsored Awards Administration. Her other professional experience includes working as a Research Associate and Psychometrist at Vanderbilt University, and as a Biology Instructor at Purdue University.
