JACKSON HEALTH NETWORK

Jackson Health Network (JHN) is a Clinically Integrated Network designed to continuously improve health outcomes of the population served, reduce overall health expenditures, and create efficiencies through enhanced collaboration between health care professionals, the hospital system, physicians and community leaders. JHN officially formed in 2011 after a year of careful planning by local leaders. Since then, it has evolved into one of the most advanced clinically integrated networks in the Midwest.
