Alhassan Umar - CEO

Mr. Umar's professional experience is a blend of Information Technology and the Financial industry, with a focus on IT enabled environment and skills capacity building. He has been involved in the decision making of Corporate Outsourcing of back office operations in the USA and policy development of Business Process Outsourcing(BPO) /Information and Technology Enabled Services (ITES) industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University: The State University of NJ, USA, Graduate Diploma in Software Development and Computer .

Kwame Attakorah Gyan

Kwame Attakora_Gyan, is a product of University of Ghana, Legon where he graduated in 1982 with BA (Hons) Political Science. After a short debut as a teacher of Economics and Government at the Opoku Ware Secondary School in Kumasi, he proceeded to the United Kingdom (Salford University) to study for his Master's Degree in International Studies. Mr. Attakora-Gyan studied for his Bachelor's Degree in Education and a Specialized Bachelor's Degree in Social Work with the University of York, Toronto. In 2006, he completed his Executive Master's Degree in Business Administration at Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration. Mr Attakora-Gyan's working career spans from teaching through counseling and social work to management and investment/project analysis. His over twenty-five years working experience has provided him with analytical skills related to evaluation, and assessment of projects, and practical experience in technical assistance programmes. As a Consultant and later Investment/Project Analyst, Mr Gyan, comes to the eGhana Project with in-depth exposure in Financial Analysis including the performance of feasibility studies for new financial schemes and agreements with banks, a thorough experience in managing SME guarantee and grant schemes and an understanding of the issues related to national SME policy. His role as Social Advocate at some stages of his career offered excellent experience in Strategy and Policy Development and agility of dealing with people at all levels and including policy support to business groups and organizations. Mr. Attakora-Gyan is married to Agnes and has three wonderful children, Dorothy ( a post graduate student with Ontario's prestigious College of Education; University of Toronto), Nana Attakora of Toronto Foot Ball Club (an under-grad with York University, Toronto) and Kofi, a College student with Canadian Independent .

Mrs. Clara Pinkrah-Sam

Mrs. Clara Pinkrah-Sam has been a consultant for many years for countries within the Sub-Saharan African region and also for International Development and Assistance Agencies such as the UNDP and USAID. She provides clients with consultancy in Policy Development and Analysis, Market Analysis, Feasibility Studies, Customized Human Resources Outsourcing programs, Turn-Key Business and Start-up Development, Acquisitions, Business Partnering and Ventureship Development, Executive Management and Leadership Training, Human Resource Capacity Building and Investment Promotion Development. She has extensive experience in Government and Public Relations Management both locally and in the international arena. She is also a professional Pharmacist and a Motivational Speaker

Nana Osei Bonsu

Nana Osei Bonsu is a seasoned administrator; lawyer, trainer and a human resources professional with over twenty years post graduate professional experience in the financial and telecommunications industry. He is now the ITES Deputy Director in charge of Human resource, skills development and Training in the Ministry of Communications and he has been in this position since April 2007. He is a member/secretary to the Governing Council of ITES-Vocational Training Expert Group tasked with the development of a National ITES Skill Set Standards, Curriculum Development and Accreditation Mechanism for IT/ITES training in the country. He has held top management positions in both the private and public sectors of the Ghanaian economy and has particular interest in public policy analysis, public sector reforms, human resource development and management, ICT in education, organizational development, change management, labour law and negotiations. He has a master's degree in business administration from the University of Ghana, legon. Barrister-at-law-certificate from the Ghana School of law. He also has a post-graduate-diploma-in public administration from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and certificate in labour productivity from the Georgia State-University; Atlanta, Georgia; USA. .
