Mel has enjoyed a variety of roles working in the Finance Industry, Government Departments and the Private Sector at both management and senior management level, resulting in the development of a variety of skills and experience. With broad experience in marketing, communications, risk and compliance as well as a range of people facing roles, Mel has an understanding of both big picture through to an operational level and the finer details, allowing her to work with people across a broad range of backgrounds and positions. Her involvement in business acquisition, business mergers and corporate rebranding has required a thorough understanding of managing change, strong and effective communication to all stakeholders and project management. Michelle Swallow

Michelle is a highly experienced facilitator, director, coach and change manager. Michelle has an energetic and engaging style. She has built her consulting work on her ability to work with a diverse group of people, concepts, communities and organisations, encouraging individuals and organisations to realise their potential. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has a Bachelor of Social Work (UTAS 1990), studied at the London Business School in Negotiating and Influencing 2010, has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment 2014 and an Advanced Diploma of Management 2015 and is a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders Program 2007. Michelle has over 25 years experience coupled with qualifications that have required her to develop a range of skills, experience and knowledge across a number of executive and governance positions. She has a commitment to leadership development and has also been a director of a number of boards. She has high-level achievement in the areas of human resource management, financial planning and management, research, strategic development and implementation. She has worked collaboratively across the government, community and private sectors. Michelle's background in executive leadership, governance, advocacy and policy across health, housing, community and capacity building in community, government and private sectors ensures her specialisation in facilitation, leadership, management, organisational and strategic development and people development has a focus on organisational and leadership solutions. She is influenced by a strong commitment to social justice and making a difference.

Rikki Mawad

Rikki is a positive, strategic and solutions-focused thinker, effective communicator and skilled relationship manager. She has a background in law reform, dispute resolution, politics, policy, research, teaching, communications and advocacy. Rikki is passionate about working with people, co-design, collaboration and bringing creative ideas and energy into her work to enable positive change. She can provide strategic advice, identify innovative solutions and is skilled at connecting people and projects. Rikki is also well placed to assist clients to attract funding, broker partnerships and scope new opportunities. Rikki's experience in the university sector, state and federal parliament and the community sector allows her to offer a nuanced understanding of government at all levels, the political landscape, policy development, procurement, program management, people, governance and research. Her skills, experience and energy combined with her broad networks locally and nationally ensure she is well placed to assist clients to grow their profile, reach, impact and support short- and long-term growth. Rikki works as a Sessional Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Tasmania, as a Researcher with the Tasmanian Institute of Law Enforcement Studies (TILES) and with Conflict Coaching International (CCI). She has a Bachelor of Arts and Law with Honours in Law and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania. Rikki also holds a Masters of Conflict and Dispute Resolution from James Cook University. Rikki is a member of two not-for-profit Boards and has varied governance experience across the university and community sector. She is a graduate of the Tasmanian Leaders program and a Professional Member of the Resolution Institute.
