Beth Hand, MBA, is a speaker, author and trusted advisor who has served hundreds of leaders and their organizations helping them achieve strategic results. Her depth and breadth of experience in leadership development across industry sectors and organizational types-for-profits, nonprofits, associations, and foundations, public and private sector, fast growing small businesses, mid-size and large, has honed her ability to inspire people and increase their capacity to work, think and learn together. The result? Unleashing energy and innovation that increases people's effectiveness, well-being, and ability to solve complex challenges making the world a better place for all. She's an award-winning executive coach to Fortune 500, mid-size and small companies, and has project managed mission-critical enterprise-wide initiatives. Earlier in her career, she consulted on $250 million up to $1 billion dollar information technology and organizational transformation initiatives. She is one of a few women consultants engaged by the Turkish General Directorate of Revenues to assist with setting the overarching framework, program and change management strategy for a country-wide information technology infrastructure project. She has lived in Paris, France and Salamanca, Spain. Her travels include Western Europe, Central America, Central and East Asia, and North Africa. She is an advocate for women's parity globally and a more inclusive world for all.
