Kenneth R. Harbison was born and raised in rural Nebraska. He is a graduate of O'Neill High School, Wayne State College, and received his Juris Doctorate from Creighton University School of Law. After having a private legal practice in Lexington, Nebraska, Kenneth became the Dawson County Public Defender. He was formerly the President of the Dawson County Bar Association.
Kenneth enjoys spending time with his wife, Tracy Harbison, and his six wonderful children. He is looking forward to becoming a first time grandfather. The majority of his time is spent watching his children play sports and other activities. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, camping, is an avid reader and lover of movies.

Pam Trampe was born in east-central Nebraska and was raised in Elm Creek Nebraska, along with three older brothers. She graduated from the University of Nebraska, Kearney, with a business management and marketing degree. She married her high school sweetheart, Rick Trampe. Pam and Rick lived in Georgia for a time as well as Colorado, before moving back to the Lexington area in 1992. Pam and her husband have three beautiful and talented daughters, Beth, Alex and Ashley.
Before moving back to Nebraska, Pam worked in the regulatory affairs department of a research and development company in Fort Collins Colorado. While her children were young, Pam was able to stay home and care for their children. She worked several years with Family Eyecare in Lexington as an Optometric Assistant. Afterwards, she was self-employed with a cleaning business. Pam is currently a licensed Real Estate agent with BHA Real Estate in Lexington.

Pam is a member of Trinity Lutheran church and has served on various boards, committees, vacation bible school positions through her church. She loves all things music and sings regularly at her congregation as well as at the Chapel of the Lake, Johnson Lake.

Pat Samway started her board term in June 2022. Pat worked at Lexington Regional Health Center from 1976 to 2018. Pat started as an RN on the nursing floor and moved through a variety of positions including Patient Educator Coordinator, Case Manager and she retired as Executive Director of Patient Services.
Pat was born and raised in Grand Island, Nebraska. Pat loves gardening and her flowers. If you know Pat, she is a social butterfly and loves talking to everyone! She has been married to Dennis for 55 years and together they have 4 grown sons, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Rob Anderson has served on the LRHC Board of Directors since 2011, and currently serves as chairperson. He is a fifth generation ag producer and a lifelong Lexington area resident. He is a graduate of Lexington High School, University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and the Nebraska LEAD Program. Rob enjoys being involved in many different aspects of the community, and also currently serves on the Lexington Community Foundation Board of Directors. He and his wife, Natalie have two daughters, Joelly and Camille. They are members of the United Methodist Church.

Tucker Case was born and raised in Lexington, Nebraska. He graduated from Lexington High School in 2001. He attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney majoring in criminal justice and psychology. After completing two years of college, Tucker went on to become a certified law enforcement officer. He graduated the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Academy in December of 2003 while employed with the Furnas County Sheriff's Department. Tucker was hired by the Lexington Police Department where he proudly served as a police officer for 4 years.
In October of 2008 Tucker joined the Dawson County Sheriff's Office where he has served as deputy, police service dog handler, sergeant, and currently serves as the operation lieutenant.
When he is not working, Tucker enjoys hunting and fishing and helping local farmer friends with irrigation pipe, harvest, and general farm work. Tucker is married to Beth, a native of Heartwell. They live on a small acreage north of Lexington with their three dogs Norman, Lucy, and, Tucker's retired police dog, Tika.
