Matador Mexican Restaurant is an independent, local family owned restaurant in Fort Collins, Colorado. Matador is owned by Paul and his wife Jaclyn. Jaclyn is a true Ft. Collins native. She was born in Poudre Hospital in Fort Collins (and all of their kids were also born there!) and Paul and Jaclyn attended Colorado State University. Paul and Jaclyn were married in Fort Collins in July of 2000 and they have four kids... Matador Mexican Restaurant is located in Colorado serving Fort Collins. Matador features mission style burritos, fish tacos, quesadillas, nachos, enchiladas more... Being local to Northern Colorado, Matador Mexican Restaurant likes nothing more than to meet new people and meet new friends.
