ALEXIS J. LEBLANC is MCLE's director of marketing & electronic content. Previously, she was an MCLE publications attorney. Prior to joining MCLE in 2009, Alexis served as a law clerk to the justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court and as a legislative aide in the Massachusetts Senate. She is active in philanthropy work and is currently a member of the leadership committee of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Boston's Artemis Circle and a former cochair of BGCB's Friends Council. She holds a B.A. in political science and architecture from Wellesley College and a J.D., cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School.

ANNETTE TURCOTTE served as MCLE's Production Manager for 26 years, developing and managing MCLE's print and electronic product processes and overseeing database and website development. In 2022, she became Director of Operations, expandng her portfolio to include MCLE's IT, finance, and customer service operations. Prior to joining MCLE in 1995, she had worked in the newspaper industry for ten years in various capacities, most recently as production editor and arts critic for an Italian-American news weekly in Boston's North End. Before embarking on a career in the publishing industry, Annette spent several years as a theater technician, working with the Opera Company of Boston and its touring company, Opera New England, as well as with summer stock theaters throughout the Northeast. She pursued a B.F.A. in the Technical Theater Program at the University of Bridgeport and later received a Certificate in Commercial Graphics from Midlands Technical College in Columbia, SC.

Bruce N. Richard is a Program Attorney at MCLE. Prior to joining MCLE, he was an e-Discovery attorney with Update Legal. Bruce also worked as In-House Counsel for Circadian Technologies. Bruce earned his LL.B. at University of Manitoba, College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Bruce earned his paralegal certification at Capilano College in North Vancouver, Canada and his BA in Sociology at Okanagan University College in Kelowna, Canada. Bruce was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2007.

Danielle L. Simmons is the Director of Programs at MCLE. Prior to joining MCLE in 2008, she was an associate at Mintz Levin Cohn Ferris Glovsky and Popeo, PC. After receiving her J.D. magna cum laude from Suffolk University Law School, she practiced law as an associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault LLP (dissolved). She holds a B.A. in American History and B.S.B.A. in Business Management with a Concentration in Organizational Behavior, magna cum laude, from Boston University. JOHN M. LAWLOR is a publications attorney with MCLE, Inc. Prior to joining MCLE in 2000, he practiced as a litigator with law firms in Boston and San Francisco and was a deputy director of the State Rating Bureau of the Massachusetts Division of Insurance. Mr. Lawlor holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Amherst College, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was an executive editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.

MARK R. WOODBURY has been MCLE's Business Manager since October 2005. Prior to joining MCLE, and after graduating from Bentley College, Mark worked for a wholesale floral firm in Waltham, MA since 1982, helping to expand the business from a one-store operation to six stores serving the New England area and competing with the Boston Flower Exchange.

MARK S. ROTONDO brings an impressive professional background to this role, with over thirty years of experience in education and nearly twenty years as a litigator. He most recently served as the Vice President of Innovation and Strategic Initiatives and Interim Provost for Cambridge College and previously served as an Assistant Dean at Suffolk University and Director of Institutional Research at Bunker Hill Community College. As a practicing attorney Mark is admitted to the Massachusetts Bar and the Massachusetts Federal District Court. He holds the distinction of previously serving as vice-chair of the Everett School Committee, where he worked on the landmark Massachusetts Education Reform Act and the Winthrop School Committee where he worked on the anti-bullying policy. Mark has served on the Board of several non-profits in Massachusetts and was secretary of the Winthrop Federal Credit Union for several years. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science, Government from Suffolk University, a Master of Science Public Affairs from the John W. McCormack School of Policy and Global Studies at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, a Juris Doctorate and Master of Law from Suffolk University Law School.
MARYANNE G. JENSEN is MCLE's Director of Publications. Prior to joining MCLE in 1995, she was a managing editor at Butterworth Legal Publishers (Lexis Law Publishing.) After receiving her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, Maryanne was a trial lawyer in a general practice in Dracut. She holds a B.A. with honors from Wellesley College and a Masters in Theological Studies from the Harvard Divinity School. She is a member of the Massachusetts and U.S. Supreme Court bars. Currently, Maryanne is pursuing the Graduate Certificate in Screenwriting at Emerson College.

PAM CHAPIN joined MCLE in December 2001 as a Customer Service Representative and became MCLE's Customer Service Manager in July 2008. In August 2013 she assumed the dual role of Customer Service and Facilities Manager. Prior to joining MCLE, Pam worked in a family business and served in the Army from 1973 to 1976. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Boston in May 2013.

RICHARD S. MILSTEIN is MCLE's founder and served as its Executive Director for many years. Prior to his retirement from the practice of law he was a partner in the Springfield law firms of Ely and King and Robinson Donovan, where he counseled private and institutional clients in the areas of estate planning and business law. Over the course of his career, Dick has served on many nonprofit boards including WGBY, public television in Western Mass, Baystate Hospital, Boston Center for Adult Education, the Huntington Theater, and the Boston Lyric Opera. He is the recipient of the Harrison Tweed award given by the American Bar Association and the American Law institute for his contributions to continuing legal education, and of the Pynchon Award for his activities on behalf of cultural organizations in Western Massachusetts. Dick received his B.A. from Harvard College and his J.D. from Boston University Law School.
