More Yoga is proud to present, The More Yoga Game. It's "A Yoga Class In a Can." We also offer our famous T-Shirts, "Whatever the Question, the Answer is ... More Yoga" and "Breathe Slowly, Live Long"... Classes are ongoing and are grouped by level of experience. Note that on Wednesday mornings at 9:30 we offer *Gentle Yoga and Stress Reduction*. All other classes are regular Hatha Yoga. Contact the studio at (240) 476-9642 to discuss the best placement for you. You may begin your series whenever a space becomes available. A series of 6 classes within 6 weeks is $150 ($25 per class). Single class price is $30... Receive clear, hands-on instruction adapted to suit individual differences in Gentle and Hatha Yoga classes.
