The North Central Regional Planning Commission is dedicated to providing comprehensive planning and development services with a strong focus on innovative and community-led solutions. Located in Beloit, Kansas, our primary services include: Community Development, Business Finance, Housing, Homeland Security Program fiscal agent services, and the Weatherization Assistance Program. We are a Regional Planning Commission and Economic Development District with state and federal recognition. The core planning and development area consists of 12 counties and 83 cities in North Central Kansas.
