Mr. Aqib is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He is a highly accomplished, results-driven senior financial executive with 23 years of diverse work experience which run from the top telecom industry, passing through the gates of the energy sector into the automobile sector. He was among the pioneers of Wateen Telecom in Pakistan, leading it to great success, which became the second largest fixed-line telecom and multimedia service provider in Pakistan. Mr. Aqib was also part of the team which developed the first independent hydropower producer (IPP) in Pakistan/AJ&K, i.e., Laraib Energy Limited (A Hubco subsidiary). He also rendered his services to the largest education networks (Beaconhouse & Punjab Group) in Pakistan and Jamjoom Medical Industries largest medical supplies company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. His previous assignment was as Chief Financial Officer of Nishat Hotels and Properties Limited. Currently, he is working as Executive Vice President and CFO of Hyundai Nishat Motor Private Limited.

Mr. Shahzad Ahmad Malik has been associated with Nishat Group since 1998. Before joining the Group, he served as a Deputy Director in the Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service, Government of Pakistan.
