Paradise and Magalia are certainly on the rise and our community is returning home. As you drive around the ridge and look at all the new residential and commercial construction that is happening, you witness the community taking shape and you can't help but feel excited and inspired. In helping that excitement and inspiration, the Paradise Association of REALTORS® (PAOR) is building an army of REALTOR®/Builder/Lender/Developer (RBLD) teams. Our local PAOR REALTOR® members are teaming up with experienced and trusted builders as RBLD teams to create a one stop resource for anyone looking to buy, sell and build on the ridge.
