Perform Zone was created in 1997. At the time it provided one of the world's first web-based recruitment software solutions and was called 3hats... Perform Zone was founded by Daryl Keeley from Australia. The software was created by a team of Australian based developers. The first public beta version was released in 1997. This version was based on Perl and html. It was later upgraded to Flex, PHP and MYSQL... Search and Select is a 360 recruitment tool for recruiters and employers. Users are able to search, advertise for, select, and track their job applicants. Perform Zone also provides a CRM for recruiters and a Vendor Management System. Search and Select is based on the Software as a Service (SAAS) model.
