Founded in 1979, the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) is a non-profit trade association for the global institutional real estate investment industry. PREA currently lists over 700 corporate member firms across the United States, Canada, Europe and Asia. Our members include public and corporate pension funds, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, investment advisory firms, REITs, developers, real estate operating companies and industry service providers... We know that talent is equally distributed in communities nationwide. Unfortunately, this talent is not equally developed. The PREA Foundation is funding the creation of career development programs to help underserved youth access life-changing careers in the vast real estate industry. These opportunities will create economic prosperity for diverse youth and create a commercial real estate industry that reflects our society's rich diversity.
